DESCRIPTION:..This is an original cardboard campaign poster issued for Humphrey in 1968.  I personally obtained the item during the campaign when I lived in San Jose, CA.  It came from the Mexican-American HHH HQ located in East San Jose.  I am now 90 years old and at that time I would have been age 33 and was quite active in collecting campaign items and spent quite a bit of time in various candidate's headquarters in both San Jose and San Francisco.

At one time I had quite a few of these posters and thought I had sold all I had many years ago however, in going through old stuff I found a few more that are not in top notch condition--in fact as I recall none of them were very good quality-wise.  I probably separated them from the good ones and forgot about them.  This one is in the best condition by far.    It is quite clean--some minor skip places on the colored parts as you can see.  Some wear on reverse side which does not interfere with the front display part.

As you can see the poster was rather plain.  No indication as who printed it.  It shows the United Farm Workers eagle symbol and the colors are the same as the Mexican flag.  It is 14 x 20" in size and is made of cardboard.

As for shipping (new postal rates are coming) I will send it flat with lots of protection--am guessing the rates to be around $12.00.  I will experiment and see if it could possibly  be gently folded (without damaging it) and send it in larger box at a lower price.
