Synopsis
Beast of War throws a troop of young Australian soldiers into a worst-case scenario during World War II: after their boat is sunk while crossing the Timor Sea, the survivors are left clinging to a shrinking raft with hundreds of miles of open ocean in every direction. With supplies running out, tempers boiling over, and enemy danger still overhead, the men start to turn on each other—especially toward Leo, the unit’s only Indigenous soldier, who’s forced to fight for respect while fighting to stay alive. But the sea has its own terror: a massive great white begins stalking the raft, turning their desperate survival into a relentless, bloody hunt.
