We’ve received some negative reviews from customers who did not measure and ended up with a dog chair that was too big or too small. We recently updated our design. Please see the dimensions image in the images section for updated design rendering. We've raised both side panels for added comfort and functionality, and we’ve included three sets of pre-drilled holes so you can adjust the front door height to your preference. The tray also features three angle settings to better suit your needs. Also, please note in order to get these out to you ASAP, hardware color and style may vary depending on availability (silver or gold).

• This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
• This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
• This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
• This product comes pre-sanded. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening.
• This wood products is untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled.
• Given that the wood is untreated, excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time. We suggest sealing your product if you plan to use it outdoors or around water/liquids.

REFUND POLICY:

All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.
