1. Regarding the rotational speed:
When the speed regulating motor is unloaded, the motor can be infinitely regulated, and the speed can be slowed down from the maximum speed to 0. However, when the motor is installed with equipment and loaded, please pay special attention to:
a. When the load is small and the motor is not working continuously for a long time, the speed controller shall not be adjusted below 50% of the full speed.
b. When the load is large and the motor operates continuously for a long time, the speed controller must not be adjusted below 70% of the full speed.
2. Regarding power: Based on the selected speed, torque, and shaft force, the power is determined. Choose a higher power instead of a lower one
3. Selection of rotational speed
Final output speed of deceleration motor=motor speed ÷ reduction ratio
The slower the speed of the deceleration motor through the gearbox without speed regulation, the greater the torque. The slower the speed regulated by the speed controller, the more the torque will sharply decrease.
