Description This project is the result of the prior selection procedure for the position of Director of Agrupamento de Escolas de Silves (AES), advertised by notice 5440 published in Diário da República, 2a série N° 5440 /2024/2 of March 14, taking into account the regulations in articles 21, 22 and 23 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law no. 137/2012, of July 2. In the Intervention Project, as set out in the law, the candidate identifies the problems, defines the mission, goals and broad guidelines for action, as well as explaining the strategic plan to be carried out during the term of office. The presentation of this intervention project was based on my experience as a teacher, school coordinator, assistant principal and other coordinating roles.
