This laptop is functional, but the trackpad does not click. Tap to click still works, but there is no physical click.

The keyboard has many sticky keys, and some that are stuck down.

The palm-rest has a crack in it. See photos.

No charger is included, but the battery holds a good charge.

Windows 11 Pro is installed and activated.
