Offering a charming antique Victorian framed paper punch sampler embroidered in shades of green, red and pink with the saying "Welcome All." Framed in a dark brown wood frame with a wire in the back for hanging. Measures about 23" x 11 3/4". This piece is old, not a reproduction. It is in good antique condition.

The frame shows some wear. The needlework appears intact with good color. The backing has staining and discoloration around the edges. Please review the pictures.
