These are Business Model 2969 devices. They are intended for use with the Airthings Business platform. To access cloud-based data, dashboards, and remote monitoring, you will need compatible Airthings Business services, including the required Business application, subscription, and a Space Hub (sold separately). If you do not already use the Airthings Business ecosystem, these devices may not provide the functionality you expect.

Installation

The monitor may be:

  • Mounted on a wall using the included double-sided tape
  • Installed with compatible M4 countersunk screws (not included)
  • Placed on a flat surface such as a desk or shelf

For best results, install the unit at approximately breathing height (about 3-6 feet above the floor).

Recommended operating conditions:

  • Temperature: 4°C to 40°C (39°F to 104°F)
  • Relative Humidity: Up to 85% non-condensing

Operation outside recommended environmental conditions may affect performance or shorten product life.

  • Firmware updates are supported through the Airthings Business ecosystem when used with the appropriate hardware and services.
  • The built-in noise sensor measures sound pressure levels only and is not intended for recording conversations or audio.
