The Bordallo Pinheiro Cabbage Green Set of 2 Dessert/Salad/Snack Plates is a vintage, handmade set featuring a green leaf cabbage pattern.

This stamped and authentic Portugese ceramic cabbageware plates have a wonderful flower petal shape and six panels that create the uneven edge with an approximate 7 3/4" diameter.

The veining and beautiful green color with different shades really gives the plate a 3D effect. In the very center of the plate there is a circle with three lines.

The cabbage and lettuce leaf series of glazed earthenware, created by artist Raphael Bordallo Pinheiro, remains one of the most cherished pieces of tableware which continues to be hand-crafted by the Portuguese studio to this day.

Cast in traditional molds and glazed by hand in Portugal.

There is some underglaze crazing on the plates, no chips, scratches, cracks or discoloration.
