ITEM CONDITIONS

• New: This device is never used and sealed in original manufacturer packaging. Comes with all original accessories.
• New / Open Box: This device is never used, however the packaging has been opened. Is delivered in original packaging and has all original accessories included.
• Grade A+: This device has very little to no signs of previous usage. The screen has negligible scratching and is nearly flawless. The casing will not have any dents and insignificant scuffing.
• Grade A: This device shows minimal signs of previous usage. The screen may have very light scuffs and the casing may have two or three blemishes.
• Grade B+: This device will show signs of previous usage. Minor scratches and dents are visible but the device is still 100% fully functional. This is our best value device.
• Grade B-: This device shows significant signs of previous usage. There will be noticeable scratches, dings and scuffs. However, there are no cracks on the screen and there is no casing separation or bending.
• Screen Shadow: The screen shows a faint to moderate shadow. The image does not affect functionality of the device. You will see the shadow image on a white background, but not on colored backgrounds.
• Pixel Spots: There are missing pixels that do not display colors on the screen. Minor spots are tiny (less than 1/8 of an inch) and typically occur in the extreme corners of the screen. There will be no more than 2 of these "minor" spots on a device and 99% of the screen is perfect. Moderate spots are a bit larger (between 1/8 and 3/8 inches). These spots are more noticeable during operation. However, they cover no more than 3% of the screen and the phone functions perfectly.
• Impaired: This device did not pass all of our 41 function checks. Details on which tests failed are listed above in the Description section.

Our standard shipping service will typically reach all U.S. destinations within 3 days of the day we shipped. In many cases you will receive it even sooner. You have the option to choose expedited shipping if you would like your product sooner.

If you order a pre-owned product, along with your purchase you will receive a non-OEM charging cable. We do not include a charging block with our shipments.

Your package will be shipped in a non-descript, plain white or brown box. Inside of the box, we will package the product in protective materials to avoid any damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the issue immediately

Our cellular products do not come with a SIM card or a SD card

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. If the return is due to reasons other than a product defect or seller error, a restocking fee will apply. The fee will range from 15% to 50%, depending on the condition of the item upon receipt, in accordance with eBay policy. Items returned without the original item or accessories will be eligible for a partial refund only, which will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided by the seller. Please note: You must remove any locks or passcodes applied to the device. This includes iCloud locks, Google Locks, PIN Locks, Biometric (fingerprint or eye scan) locks, etc. If you do not remove these locks, it will delay the refund.

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned device. Once you request a return, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label for the U.S. Post office. Simply affix the label to your return package and drop it in the mail. Your tracking number will also be provided so that you can monitor the progress of the return.
