This item is an in-package WWF Jakks Classic figure of the former WCW NWO NWA WWF WWE AWA Wrestling Star and former NWA World Champion Barry Windham.  He was part of the US express in WWF as well as a member of the 4 Horsemen and wrestled under other names such as the Widowmaker and the Stalker in the WWE.  He was produced in 2006 by Jakks Pacific as part of Classic Series 11.  The bubble has been signed autographed by Barry with a HOF 12 24 inscription.  It includes a JSA basic certification sticker on the front bottom and includes the card.  He is on his sealed card however there is wear to the corners, points on the logos, the edges and the writing on the top and side of the package that I tried to show in the photos.  It includes a tag team title belt.
