Manufactured using cold-rolled powder-coated steel tubes and mounted on 4mm steel plates, it offers exceptional rigidity and durability. Precision Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding ensures a uniform finish and unmatched strength. For added durability, all nuts and bolts are made from 100% rust-free stainless steel. Industrial-grade polymer spacers are included to act as vibration dampeners, improving ride comfort and load stability.


Designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the saddle stay provides proper shade matching with the bike chassis for a seamless look. It also reinforces strength with additional support pipes, making it capable of handling long-distance journeys and heavy loads. Compatible with Zana top box racks, it can be used independently or as part of a combined setup for increased load capacity. Additionally, it offers limited protection for the bike's tail and is pillion-friendly.
