For 70mm / 74mm patterns:

Use M5 x 0.8mm bolts
*
Bolt length = wheel center thickness + 11mm

Example: 5mm thick rim → 16mm bolts
For 3-Bolt (1.75") Stock Car pattern:

Use 5/16"-18 bolts
*
Bolt length = wheel center thickness + 1/2"
**
Example: 1/8" thick rim → 5/8" bolts
