This pot was made by The Yamaaki kiln. It’s a great old kiln that made pots for decades but stopped in 2010. The kiln is now cold. They made great pots for the price and the shapes/sizes/quality was really bar none. That’s why they were so successful. They continue to rise in value even with so many in circulation.

Beautiful pot, easy to pair with a tree. Great shape too.

If there are any chips, kiln issues or scratches I’ll point it out in the pictures. All pots may have a slight wobble.

If the damage or the wobble is really significant I’ll mention it here. No cracks.

-these cool old yamaaki’s sometimes have face feet on them. It’s a pretty low percentage and they are very desirable. They never last long in the store and yes they always carry a premium due to their rarity.
