Overview:
DC power supply filter circuit introduction: the circuit consists of three parts, the first part is a primary LC filter circuit, the second part is common mode EMI filtering, and the third part is a secondary LC filter circuit.
LC filter is generally known as passive filter, which is a traditional DC power supply harmonic compensation device composed of inductor and capacitor, and can filter out harmonics in the power supply for single or multiple times to purify the DC power supply.
Common mode filtering can be used to suppress the problem of fast transient group pulse interference with a repetition frequency of several kilohertz at certain user sites.
PCB specifications for FR4 42X77X1.6MM, high current line shortest design, short path, can withstand more current, less interference to the outside world.
There are four specifications of 2A, 4A, 10A and 20A for the distribution inductance.
Input: DC not more than 50V (higher voltage can replace electrolytic capacitors to enhance)
Output: DC.
