This item consists of 3 medium size Woven Silk Original Cigarette Cards issued by the J.Wix Tobacco Co. in 1933 under the label of Kensitas Cigarettes and entitled Kensitas Flowers. The are medium Size cards and are therefore somewhat larger than the normal standard size. The silk flowers in this batch from the 1st Series (which are all in the image) are accompanied by their yellow folders issued with them at the time and are as follows:- The Flowers included are Lupin, Madonna Lily and Passion Flower and are numbered 29.30 & 43. Information on the flowers can be found printed inside the cover of the folder and Cultural Notes can be found underneath where the flower is seated.
