Shipping Details
Canada:
- Orders under $20 ship via Canada Post Lettermail (untracked) for $3.
- Buyers may upgrade at checkout to Canada Post Expedited Lite with tracking for $10.
- Orders $20 and over automatically ship via Canada Post Expedited Lite with tracking.
Please note: If Lettermail is selected, delivery times may vary and there is no tracking. Big Mountain Card Co is not responsible for delays or lost items with untracked shipping.
United States:
- All orders ship with tracking via a commercial carrier (UPS Standard) to ensure full U.S. customs compliance.
- Effective for shipments after Aug 29, 2025, Canada Post services to the U.S. (Tracked Packet/Expedited/Xpresspost) are not used until further notice.
- Duties, taxes, and any brokerage assessed by U.S. Customs are the buyer’s responsibility (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Accurate customs information (description and country/region of manufacture) will be provided on all shipments.
International:
- International orders will ship via the eBay International Shipping Program.
Cards are packed securely in a penny sleeve, top loader, team bag, and bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described.
