Condition and measurements:  Pre owned condition, approximately 4.5 inches, see photos.

Other Remarks: From information found on other listings this item may be a type of carnival prize given during the 1950's or 60's.  It does not have a stamp located on it but other listings have stated that it was common for these to have been made in Japan.  I'm not sure about any of this, just basing it off info from similar listings.  Estate sale find, owners had lots of vintage toys/items from that era.
