Q1: How to use this Snellen eye chart at 20 feet distance?

A1:

1. Hang the chart to a windowless wall or a door in a well-lit room at eye level

2. Stand 20 feet away from the Snellen chart, and read from it without glasses or contacts

3. Cover one eye and read out the smallest line of letters you can see

4. Write down the number of the smallest line where you identified the majority of letters correctly (Ex. If you were able to read 5 out of 8 letters on line 8, you would write 20/20.)

5. Then you cover the other eye and do it again
