Shipping from Japan (FedEx or DHL or Japan Post).
Usually, we will ship in about 1 - 7 business days.
Depending on your country of residence and etc., it will usually arrive 2 - 5 days after shipping.
In most cases, shipping is free, but there may be an additional charge depending on your location.
While safety is always a priority, we avoid excessive packaging from a sustainability perspective. If you require additional packaging, please let us know via message.
Voltage
The available voltage varies depending on the product.
Please check the appropriate voltage in advance and use a transformer if necessary. We sell transformers at our store, so please feel free to consult with us.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns due to voltage.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. If there is a remote charge for your address, we will charge you for additional shipping.
For US Buyers: Customs duties and other fees for items priced under $2,500 are included in the shipping cost. Therefore, no additional charges are required.
