This is a gorgeous Art Nouveau Black Felt Hand Painted Dresser Scarf. The scene is from the Victorian era. A woman in a dress has her back turned with a tray. There are some windows, and a cat eyeing a birdcage. The border is like looking through a doorway - it has the art nouveau details with florals.
