6 gdiaper inserts, plus one funky fluff. Used but clean. gdiaper inserts fit small through large, and can be double layered in the large and extra large for overnight. The funky fluff is different material, and may come clean with bleach, but I don't use bleach. It has been lemon-and-sun bleached, so is sanitized, but is still stained.
