Activation instructions:
1) Purchase your eSIM
2) You will receive an email / message in ebay with your QR code and instructions within 24 hours (usually within a few hours)
3) Open the eSIM function on your smartphone (e.g. under “Mobile network” or “SIM manager”)
4) Scan the QR code - the eSIM will be installed
5) Select the eSIM as the primary data connection
6) Activate roaming for the eSIM

Alternatively:
1. purchase your eSIM
2. open the e-mail with the QR code of your eSIM
3. depending on the phone model: a) press and hold the QR code until it is recognized by the device b) press and hold the "HOME" button so that the QR code is recognized on the screen c) if both are not possible --> manual installation simply via the link in the email
4. select the eSIM as the primary data connection
5. activate roaming for your new eSIM
6. be online and enjoy your vacation!
Tip: Only activate the eSIM shortly before departure or on arrival so that the validity period does not start early.

  1. Kaufe deine eSIM
  2. Du erhältst innerhalb von 24 Stunden (meistens in wenigen innerhalb weniger Stunden) eine E-Mail mit deinem QR-Code und der Anleitung
  3. Öffne die eSIM-Funktion deines Smartphones (z. B. unter „Mobiles Netz“ oder „SIM-Manager“)
  4. Scanne den QR-Code – die eSIM wird installiert
  5. Wähle die eSIM als primäre Datenverbindung aus
  6. Aktiviere Roaming für die eSIM
Alternativ:
1. Kaufe deine eSIM
2. Öffne die E-Mail mit deinem QR-Code deiner eSIM
3. Je nach Handymodell: a) drücke länger auf den QR-Code bis dieser vom Gerät erkannt wird b) drücke die "HOME" Taste länger, sodass der QR-Code auf dem Screen erkannt wird c) falls beides nicht möglich --> manuelle Installation ganz einfach über den Link in der Mail
4. Wähle die eSIM als primäre Datenverbindung aus
5. Aktiviere Roaming für deine neue eSIM
6. Sei online und genieß deinen Urlaub!

Tipp: Aktiviere die eSIM erst kurz vor Abflug oder bei Ankunft, damit die Laufzeit nicht frühzeitig startet.


Achtung bitte beachten:
