These heads are made of white resin with good creepy detail. They all have their teeth and show dental gratitude.

The center head measures about 1 3/4 inches across by 2 inches high. The skull is 2 1/2 inches deep.

The small skulls are about 1 1/4 inches across the bones by 1 1/4 inches high.

The black cord measures about 34 inches around.

Necklace is in excellent vintage condition.
