This is a hardcover copy of “Some Merry Adventures of Robin Hood” written and illustrated by Howard Pyle. It is in Good Condition. The book was published by Charles Scribner’s Sons in 1908.

The red cloth covers are in good condition with wear commensurate with age. There is some rubbing on the edges, corners, and spine. There is some slight chipping on the top and bottom edge of the spine. There is a small light-colored stain on the back cover. The binding is intact and all the pages are present. There is a slight lean to the spine. The writing on the spine is faded.

There is a school district name written on the front end paper and a small “32” written next to the publisher’s name on the title page. Other than those, the interior is free from writing and stray marks. A few of the pages have a small amount of foxing, but most pages are clear.

This is a really nice copy of a classic book!
