This is a porcelain figurine of Malvina, a ballerina, and her Poodle dog Artemon.  It was manufactured during the Soviet Russian era, in Kiev.  She has curly bluish hair, a tutu-like dress with tiny flower-like designs, pantaloons and blue ballet slippers.  Artemon is supposed to be a Poodle (by someone who had a vague idea what Poodles look like).  There is a pink ribbon design at the bottom.  The figurine is 7" tall, 3" across and 2" deep. 

Condition is very good.  There is no damage.  There is light streaking on the unglazed bottom rim.
