Has scratches and scuffs due to normal wear and tear. Clean audio. Unit aesthetically has a large chip on the right side (see pic). All keys work fine. Mod wheel is a little hard to roll, but works fine. 

Will ship with Alesis keyboard, hard case, and power cable. Nothing else seen in background of photos is included. Hard case is missing one of the four snaps. Hard case still closes and holds fine.
