»Regimental Sgt. Zippo «is the legendary» album that never existed «by Elton John. At the beginning of 1968 he was under contract as an artist at DJM and recorded 12 titles for a debut album in the DJM studios in the New Oxford Street in London. It is unclear why the album was never released, but a order of the pieces was determined.

As part of the excavation of material for the Jewel Box, the original order was found: after the success of the limited publication in Mono to the Record Store Day in 2021, we now offer an industry -wide publication in Stereo, which was mixed in Abbey Road with the usual care of Eltons CatalogTeam. In addition to the previous publication, this new LP edition comes with a printed inside pocket with Allen texts.
