The item/s must be returned along with all accessories, in the original box and internal packaging. It must not be used, installed, or downloaded.
There are some exemptions to our returns policy such as health & hygiene products which, once the seal is broken, are unable to be returned. This includes but is not limited to headphones, shavers, and toothbrushes.

If you are outside of the 30-day returns period, or report damage after this time, you are sadly no longer able to return the item and we will be unable to assist further if the appliance is damaged.
We list brand new condition products which include a minimum 12-month parts and labour warranty starting from the day of delivery.
