· Normal use PH value: PH 5-9 (reusable)

· Limit use PH value: PH2-12 (disposable)

Use for : desalination, Macromolecular purification, Liquid Change and so on

· Simple pre-processing:

· After boiling for 5 minutes, wash with 60℃ distilled water for 2 minutes and put it in 4℃ distilled water.

· High standard pre-processing:

1. cut the dialysis bag into appropriate length according to need (10 cm～ 20cm).

2. boil the dialysis bag for 10 minutes in a large volume of 2% sodium bicarbonate and 1mmol/L EDTA (pH8.0).

3. wash thoroughly with distilled water.

4. boil in EDTA (1mmol/L, pH8.0) for 10 minutes.

5. or put the dialysis bag in a beaker with distilled water, and steam for 10 minutes.

6. after cooling, store at 4℃. Dialysis bag must be kept immersed in solution.

7. from now on, always wear gloves when using dialysis bags.

8. before use, the dialysis bags need use distilled water to be cleaned

· In order to prevent the dialysis bag from breaking up during dialysis, 1/3-1/2 space should be reserved when dialysis bags are filled with liquid.

· dialysis bags are available for R & D use only ( not for drug, household or other uses)
