    RETURN POLICY
    * If you have received a defective item or not as described, please contact us for an RMA# within 14 calendar days for an exchange. Item returned without an RMA will not be processed or not handled properly. Returned items should be packed in an outer shipping carton, products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: Original boxes, packing materials, instruction manuals and blank cards. Products returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition will be refused.
