Today we present Abasi EMI - the double-cut sibling to the Larada, designed with the same attention to ergonomics and playability that defines Abasi Concepts instruments. This particular model was a demo unit at Abasi’s booth at Guitar Summit 2025.
The neck features the signature OVIFORM+– profile - an asymmetrical, slightly teardrop-shaped carve that supports natural hand positioning and reduces fatigue across extended playing sessions. Unlike the multi-scale and individual bridge setup found on some Abasi models, the EMI 7 uses a standard scale length and comes equipped with a Gotoh 510 floating tremolo. Electronics include a set of Fishman Fluence Tosin Abasi humbuckers, offering multiple voicings and a wide tonal range. Hardware includes a GraphTech nut, Hipshot tuners, and Jescar stainless steel frets. This beast features a two-sheen “Dat PVRP!” finish, which shifts between deep blue and purple hues depending on the angle and lighting.
The guitar is in excellent condition. It was a demo unit for Abasi’s booth at Guitar Summit 2025, so expect mint condition and possibly negligible traces of use.
