Description This guided journal has taken years to get to where it is now, finally ready to release into the world. It came from work that I was doing with parents of children with disabilities. Looking for ways to help change how they talked about their kids from what they were lacking to celebrating their uniqueness. Journalling has helped me and been a big part of my self-practice, so I started developing this journal to help others. On the way, I thought the guided questions were broad enough for any parent to benefit from using this tool. Also included are tools to reflect on different aspects of your life, planners, goal planning, and check-in spaces.
