We also package items thoroughly to ensure they arrive in the same Condition as stated, All Steelbook`s are wrapped and boxed for transit also 3 or more items as Jiffy`s are only secure for Max 2 Items. Tares to outer packaging may be present. Any Problems must be reported within 7 Days upon receival. If you want to purchase Multiple Listings 6 or more I can offer Discount, please contact me first before purchase, up to 5 items (if over £20.00 in the same Basket I will add a random free item).

The Royal Mail handle all my Items, they have 14 Days (10 Working Days, Weekends not in included) in Total from scanned Dispatched to Deliver your Item, if you haven`t received your Item(s) by then not before, a Refund will be given and a claim will be made by the Royal Mail. If you receive your item after this period and you have had a refund, you must contact myself and report this, if you don`t, proceedings may be made against you and you will be liable to all costs incurred.

Once an Item(s) have been booked in for collection, they can`t be cancelled. However you can refuse the item on Delivery, which will be returned to myself and I will refund you minus my original postage cost as long as the item is still in a sale-able Condition. If the item has been delivered then I can`t accept a return as I can`t resell the item as New anymore.
