These stickers have a top layer of transfer paper - designed for easier application. Simply remove the adhesive sticker from the paper backing, apply the adhesive side to the suspension fork and remove transfer paper.
Please note that the sheet is has a top layer of transfer paper - simply follow these instructions on youtube for preparing the sticker correctly.
