I am very proud of my high quality of service but I am not infallible!  Sometimes I make mistakes and sometimes things go wrong.  I try to describe everything I sell as honestly as I can but I am not an expert on anything!  Most of what I sell is antique or vintage and, as such, is not new.  I cannot always describe every tiny mark or small amount of wear but I will always mention physical damage.  Please do contact me straight away if you are not happy with your purchase or with any part of my service and I will do my utmost to resolve any problem.
