This is brand new Black Matte vinyl piping also known as welt or welting.  This color is a tinsel cord wrapped in clear vinyl and it is being SOLD BY THE LINEAR YARD.  The bead diameter is 3/16”.  It can be attached by sewing, stapling or gluing.
