International Shipping Notice
For North American Buyers: We previously charged a flat $50 USD logistics handling fee. To offer you more competitive pricing, all orders will now be shipped via Chunghwa Post EMS (Express Mail Service). This allows us to significantly reduce the logistics handling fee, which will now vary from $15-$50 USD depending on the product's size and weight. This service remains on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import duties and taxes are fully included.
For EU Buyers (27 Countries): Due to the latest EU customs regulations requiring the IOSS system to provide DDP service, and since Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Post) has not yet updated its system to support this, we are temporarily suspending orders from the 27 EU countries. We will resume service for EU customers as soon as the post office updates its system. Thank you for your understanding.
For Other International Buyers (Outside North America & EU): All orders will be shipped via Chunghwa Post Air Parcel. Please note that DDP does not apply to this service. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility according to local customs regulations.
