Shipping Details:

This product is very heavy and cannot be shipped through FedEx or UPS. It requires a special delivery truck,

so we will need your correct phone number and address in order to schedule the service.

Addresses cannot be changed once the product has been shipped.

The delivery service does not include a lift-gate, residential service, installation, or delivery inside your house.

All Engravers comes with a 2-year warranty on all machines,12-month warranty on consumables (i.e. laser tube and power supply) from the date of customers purchase. Special circumstances will be stated clearly in the listing.

Return

Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by seller and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
