Please make sure your address is current on your eBay account as that is where I ship orders too. Please pay no attention to eBay's estimated dates for delivery, eBay is not a shipping carrier and a number of factors can cause delays so always use the shipping website for tracking purposes.
USA Shipping: Buyers to pay shipping. All orders shipped within 1-3 business days, however I do try my best to ship the very same day that payment is made when time allows. Sorry no returns/refunds. All items ship from a pet-free/smoke-free home.
International Shipping: All international shipments are sent via the eBay Global Shipping Program and will be carefully packaged up and then shipped to an eBay distribution center where they will then ship to you. Any customs/import taxes and fees are assessed and collected by eBay, I have no control over them or how much you are charged. If you have any concerns with the Global Shipping Program please direct them to eBay directly as I have no control over the program, delivery times, etc.
