Please read our Terms and Conditions in full before bidding, placing an offer or buying an item. Buying from us you are agreeing to accept and abide by the terms and conditions set out below, if you purchase an item we will assume you have read this:

Item Description and Condition: Please see an item specifics for condition and details. We run over 10,000 auctions at all times and descriptions may appear minimal but we are very happy to answer any questions you may have as long as you ask them BEFORE committing to buy the item or making offers. Do not ask questions within the offer. Items may differ slightly from the photo if they are part of a multiple listing or have been re-listed. If you are unsure of anything please ask BEORE buying. We do not answer questions after the item is paid for as the item will have already been sent to our shipping dept to be sent out.

Item Packaging: We do not guarantee the condition of any packaging on any item. If an item is described as new it is the item inside the packaging we are describing not the packaging, new means the packaging has not been opened and the item inside is unused. If a package has dings, creases or crushed bubbles we will do our best to indicate as such, however, view the photos provided and any questions please ask BEFORE making an offer or purchase.

Payment:  We only accept payments through Ebay. Payment is expected within 4 days as per Ebay’s policy. If you are waiting for other auctions to end, payment must still be made within 4 days of the auction ending from the first item purchased. 

Shipping: All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority mail if over 13 ounces.  Large items are shipped via FedEx. 

Combined Shipping: We do combine shipping.  In the continental United States each additional 1:64^th Hot Wheels, Matchbox, etc is $1 PER CAR.  Larger packaged vehicles such as Greenlight, M2 Machines, Johnny Lightnings, Jada, Maisto, etc are $1.50 per vehicle as those require bigger boxes and are heavier.  Orders of 30 or more vehicles will receive larger per-car discounts.  We ship all of our items in cardboard boxes or padded envelopes (when applicable) with bubble wrap and/or styrofoam peanuts.  All domestic orders have delivery confirmation.  If for whatever reason you are unable to get a combined invoice we will reimburse you for the overpaid shipping charges.

International Shipping: International shipping rates vary from country to country.  We ship USPS First Class International up to 4 pounds to save you money.  After 4 pounds we must ship via USPS Priority International.  Please check the shipping calculator for estimated international shipping.  Please note that there is NO time frame available on international orders.  They go to a port on either cost, on a ship then go through customs.  Sometimes that process takes several weeks. Please be patient. 

We do not have a layaway program nor do we hold items.  As soon as payment is received, the item will be shipped out within 1-2 days, not including Sunday as we are closed on that day, but more often than not within 1 day. 

We strive for 5-star feedback!  If there is a problem with your order please contact me so that we may attempt to resolve any issues.  We do not accept returns so please make sure you look at the pictures provided and/or ask me any questions you may have about the item before purchasing.  Feedback will be left after you, the buyer, leave feedback for me.
