I had this monitor and returned it for a repair and they sent me this new box with an adapter and the DP and HDMI cords which are still sealed.  The AC adapter did not come in a wrapper, it was only in the original cardboard LG box.  Since I had my used stuff all zip tied to my gaming rig cables, no need to change and this is for sale.  This is not used and and the LG box.  It has a small Best Buy sticker on the outside of the brown box as it was a Geek Squad warranty through them and LG sent it back after LG did the repair.  This is only what you see in the photos, not the monitor itself.  the monitor is awesome by the way, but gets screen burn and that's another story entirely-haha.
