I will do my best to refund any shipping overages.

I typically do not require immediate payment for this reason and for combined shipping. Once you commit to buy, I will package everything up and can send you a revised invoice that will most likely, have a reduced shipping amount. Otherwise, I will refund shipping overages once you receive the item undamaged, etc., to rule out any claims.

I can also look into other shipping choices for you if you send me your address ahead of time, etc.

 

RETURNS: I do not offer “returns” on the CERAMIC MOLDS (unless other-wise stated). I offer REFUNDS. I WILL EXPLAIN WHY BELOW: All items are insured and should there be any damage, WE (you and I) will be responsible to file the EASY online claim to get your FULL REFUND from the insurance provided by USPS/FEDEX/UPS. I will need you to work with me on getting photos of damages including box and wrapping. Returning the item to me causes 1) extra work on your part to re-package and make a trip to the post 2) loss of time and money in that effort 3) loss of money on my behalf due to non-refunds of return shipments.

If there is a discrepancy in the listing, we will either 1) work it out amicably or 2) open a claim via eBay/PayPal and let them decide.
