The hard rock trio Bokassa from Trondheim, Norway, has recently made an excellent name for themselves with their mix of hard-hitting, melodic and catchy punk and stoner rock. After the release of the debut album Divide & Conquer (2017) and Crimson Riders (2019), legendary drummer Lars Ulrich crowned Bokassa his "new favorite band" and promptly invited them to support Metallica's "Worldwired Tour". In 2020, the Norwegians were also nominated for the Spellemann Prize. Bokassa are fully fueled and ready to set things on fire on their new album Molotov Rocktail (via Napalm Records)!

Bokassa demonstrate their stoner punk at its finest in 11 songs on Molotov Rocktail: the unmistakably rough voice of singer and guitarist Jørn Kaarstad and the crushing guitar riffs, which come to the point with the snappy drumming and the fat bass sound of drummer Olav Dowkes and bassist Bård Linga, characterize Bokassa through their wide musical range.
