Bernie Worrell was a keyboardist and composer who is best known for his role as a founding member of Parliament Funkadelic and his work with Talking Heads. He was included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 with fifteen other members of Parliament Funkadelic.
Bernie's musical influence and contribution not only to play radio, but also to integrate rock and hip hop elements, was immense. "All the Woo in the World" is the debut radio album from the parliament radioadelic keyboardist Bernie Worrell, which was first published in 1978. The album was pressed as a limited edition and is very sought by collectors. The hit of this wonderful album is called "Insurance Man for the Funk", lasts 12 minutes and 39 seconds and can be classified as a pure P-Funk.
Bernie is responsible for the lead vocals on many of the other tracks, although Junie Morisson also plays a significant role. Many P-Funk Alumni are also involved in the album (Garry Shider, Booty Collins, Billy Bass Nelson and Eddie Hazel). At the track "Wizard of Woo", Worrell gives the radio a futuristic sound with extravagant synthesizer use.
