Up for sale is a vintage Omega Seamaster automatic movement and dial set, featuring the desirable Calibre 552 (24 jewels). Serial number 22986255 dates this movement to approximately 1965–1966.
Condition: The movement is non-running and shows heavy corrosion and oxidation, especially on the keyless works and baseplate (see close-up photos). The rotor swings but has significant tarnish. The dial is original with “Omega Automatic” and “Seamaster” script, and shows wear, spotting, and green oxidation.
