Checkout Instructions:

Click on the "Buy It Now" button and submit your device's IMEI number during checkout by clicking "Add message" to the seller. Alternatively, you can send it to us via direct eBay message.

Turnaround Time:

1-5 business days (may take up to 10 days if the service experiences delays).

Terms & Conditions:

1. We can only unlock devices from T-Mobile network; other networks are not supported.
2. If your device is blocked due to non-payment or outstanding dues, we cannot clear the block. Your device may not activate after the block is removed.
3. We are not responsible for whether your device activates on T-Mobile. Our role is to remove the block, which can be verified on T-Mobile's BYOD website.
4. We do not accept any claims or honor orders if the device does not belong to you or if you are not the account holder of the T-Mobile account to which the device was attached.

Cancellation Policy:

Once payment is made for an IMEI service, cancellations are only possible if the request is incomplete or rejected. If you resolve the issue yourself after placing an order, the service cannot be canceled. Once the script is executed, the service is deemed provided, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

Warranty:

We offer a 7-calendar-day warranty after your device is unlocked (starting from the date of our order completion message). If you report an issue after 7 days, we will not be able to assist you further.
