The MP-032B from TOA Electronics is a 10-channel monitor panel for aural and visual monitoring of up to 10 power amplifiers. It has a 12cm built-in speaker for audio monitoring and a VU meter to visually show input levels. It can accept 25, 50, 70, and 100 volt line signals so almost any power amplifier can send a signal to it. Input sources are connected via rear-panel screw terminals.
