Shipping:
Shipping to the United States is done simultaneously using Air Cargo (departing once a month) with a Broker address and forwarded with local shipping (UPS / USPS). You can request directly with DHL Express (More details can be asked)
Shipping outside the United States uses DHL Express. This is the fastest shipping we can do, usually taking 3-5 days to Asia & shipping outside Asia 5-8 days.
Export Process
* Customers must confirm data including full name (without abbreviations), address, telephone number, and email. Especially for the names Mohammad, Maria, and Jesus (names related to religion), DHL regulations require you to attach your ID card / driver's license to confirm your data. Don't worry because the data will be safe because it is only intended for shipping your package.
Warranty Policy
** We only provide a guarantee for your plants when the package is sent until you open the package (travel guarantee). So if the plant dies after 2 days, it is not our responsibility. I hope that by importing, customers can realize that plants may not be in their best condition due to travel between countries. We provide a 1X replacement guarantee or 50% refund (of the item price not shipping costs) on the condition that you must send a photo of the plant on the day the package arrives (shipping date on tracking). We will replace plants that are stopped in transit, unless there is a problem with tax payments (taxes are paid by the buyer) or document problems that must be fulfilled by the buyer. I hope buyers are wise in importing and exporting
NOTE:
1. For buyers in America, you cannot request shipping because shipping is carried out according to a predetermined schedule.
2. Customs tax costs are the responsibility of the buyer. you must understand the regulations of your own country. no refunds or replacements for packages destroyed for this reason
3. we do not accept returns.
4. 50% refund of the item price excluding shipping costs and specifically for plants that are really dead / damaged more than 70%. if the leaves fall off then we will not guarantee it. you must understand that this is an international shipment.
5. We cannot ship to Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Israel, Switzerland, and Canada
