This is a Pfaltzgraff Strata stainless steel butter knife. The item is used with light wear. See extreme close ups for tiny wear to mirror finish. They were bigger and a Brilo Pad removed most quickly, I think you can buff out the rest, too. I can only put so much time into a piece.

The pattern is Strata (Stainless) by Pfaltzgraff, featuring geometric lines and a checkered design, made from 18/8 Stainless steel, known for its durability and rust resistance, with a Glossy finish.
